They look like they are waiting for a conclave to begin. Nice how the rattan is lashed together. The palladian flooring looked more subdued when it is dry like this.
These are the "real" cafe chairs to me. The ones you see all over France and Italy (and other places with cafe culture). Nice choice for the theme day. Wish we could be outside already.
