Ugh, the worst color combination imaginable. But true, who would want to steal it. A friend's car was stolen here in Jerusalem and when she bought another car, the salesman advised her to chose a weird color to discourage thieves.
I guess colour is important to thwart thieves. It's also fun to ride around on one like this!

I think that somebody wanted to giv a new life to an old bicycle, and used some rests of paints in his house.
