“Caffè Palcoscenico” (Stage Café) is just outside the “Teatro Goldoni”, on the namesake square. It is hosted in the former Rimediotti fire station, now used as an ancillary building for the theater.
What a wonderful looking place! We love to eat outside when the weather permits. We will chose a restaurant such as this over an inside restaurant any time. We love to watch the people go by and often get some great pictures while sitting outside for a good meal. Love this image!
Looks very cozy.
ReplyDeleteIntriguing...a nice place to eat after a performance?!!
ReplyDeleteUnusual, VP. The bushes are so lush and the canopy is so low that we can't see in and the patrons can't see out.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place. Bring on the wine!
ReplyDeleteA classic scene of Italian coffees, well spotted !

ReplyDeleteit looks a bit like they've circled their beautiful, lush wagons.

ReplyDeleteIt is just my image to your country! Thanks, VP!!
unusual place but nice building...
ReplyDeleteThe awning and greenery against the buildings make a lovely photo. The planters and shrubbery offer lots of privacy from onlookers.
ReplyDeleteIt's a jungle in there!
ReplyDeleteWell protected from the elements.
The facade of the building is pretty.
Looks like a cozy terrace. Is it warm in Livorno? It's hard for me to imagine anywhere being warm with this cold in Toronto. :(
