The unusual shape of the “Mistral”, a former tugboat built in 1962 and converted in yacht at the Benetti shipyard in 2006. The boat, born as “Carmelo Noli”, was active in the port of Savona until 1998.
This is exactly how I like my boats VP...out if the water, and no scary 'things' swimming around underneath!! It certainly does have a rather different shape to it, good shot.
Great looking boat VP. Seems like it needs a little love.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Luis, it does need some love.
ReplyDeleteI never realized there was so much below the water line. An unusual shape indeed. A strange yacht.
ReplyDeleteI hope it isn't left to rot. I wish I had enough money to buy a tug, converted or not, and live on it.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the souvenir boats sold in places near the sea:)
ReplyDeleteShe looks old and beautiful!

ReplyDeleteIt's superb photo, and beautiful boat, even without water!
ReplyDeleteAs if a tsunami had taken the boat out of water.
ReplyDeleteIs it being repaired? An interesting view on the boat... not one we get every day!
ReplyDeleteNon sapevo si potesse cambiare nome ad una imbarcazione!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteA boat on dry dock has a forlorn look about it...sort of like a fish out of water.
