That's a very impressive bill (beak?) he has there VP, it's so long it even has a reflection in the water. Winston Churchill was the English Prime Minister during the 2nd WW and he did look a bit like a bulldog haha!
Don't know if he's bad (although I strongly suspect him to have stolen my ice cream scoop last time he was in Barcelona. If it wasn't him, it was his perfect twin!), but I wouldn't mess with him. The fierceness in his look reminds me of Hitchcock.
Maybe he is not bad, but he looks like he is!
