    Hmmm. Shopkeepers who are robbers and shopkeepers being robbed. Sounds like it could be here in Canada, too.

    There were various such stories over here as well, yet mostly for meat. And yes, many robbers as well. Seems indeed as if time did change - hopefully the new year will provide many happier headlines.

    Funny! Our local tobacconist, who must be in her 80 as well, did the same last week, with the baseball bat her son brought her back from the US for Christmas, 2-3 days earlier. They are fierce women!
