Libeccio

Windsurf Livorno, Tre PontiOur windsurfers aren't scared by the “libeccio”. The “Moby Corse” may be waiting before entering port, but they are going full force.Windsurf Livorno, Tre PontiThe waters at the “Tre Ponti” (Three Bridges) are pretty scary...Windsurf Livorno, Tre PontiThe Gorgona island on the horizon, behind the cargo ship.

  1. Very windy over here as well. Makes one want to travel though; maybe due to living about 3,000 miles away from home.
Please have a good and safe Tuesday.

  14. As I sit here at the computer with the torrential rain beating against the house, I cannot imagine why they should want to be out in such foul weather!

  16. @ Traveling Hawk - The libeccio is a westerly or south-westerly wind, I just fixed the link in the post.

  17. Great shots! These guys are crazy, the sea looks scary...
I'm sure I've missed something here today: it was Code Red for almost all our coast, the waves were expected to be 8 m high, but I couldn't make it to the shore...

  19. Everyone else seems to think this sea is scary. It looks alright to me, except that it is unusually dark. Great action shots of the surfers, VP.
