  10. Just what I need: a scoop for the sea salt. Tell me when the next fair is up and I'll consider a weekend in Livorno!

  11. I am used to seeing olive wood used only for religious pieces. Your market has useful things. Maybe you could give these ideas to the olive wood people in Bethlehem.

  12. I love olive wood whenever I see objects made of it, be it in Italy, Greece, Tunis or Turkey. Do you know those objects have to be rubbed from time to time with olive oil in order to maintain his nice aspect? At least I was told so by people in Tunis.

  18. I would love to visit that fair sometime, a trip to Livorno maybe required. When does it take place, how often?

  19. @ ciel - You are welcome! This kind of food fair takes place once a year, in October.
@ Traveling Hawk - You are right, my dad used to work some olive wood as a hobby and often did the same thing.
    @ LindyLouMac - Once a year in mid-October.
