They are pretty and artistic. To me they reminds me of Summer and holidays.....
What beauty ! Love the second one most. One can only hope that youth will show a bit more respect the next time. Please have a good Tuesday.daily athens
These are great!
I like them all very much. Why, do you think, are these tiles so ubiquitous and popular in Spain and Italy (and other countries in Europe)? There must be a reason. Thank you, dear Trillian, for taking the time to comment on our blogs...you always make us feel good!
Those would be a nice addtion to a home.
Tiles have so much more charm than regular signs. Thanks for the pretty examples.
I love the tiles. I wonder the same as Jacob. And I want to use some in my house. I have an idea---I'd better do some thinking. MB
A bookbinder: how wonderful!!These are all lovely.
I love them all! For obvious reason wine shop is my favourite place, but a bookbinder is so unusual tht I would love to have this tile at home:D
I presume this is first painted and then fired?
these are great.
Beautiful! They have become so expensive now days.
I love these old signs. Everyone should have one!
All tiles are creative and so well ornate!Léia
Do they actually have a bookbinding store? Love the painted signs and the handwritten words :D
Ah, you have hit a soft spot in my heart. Love hand-painted ceramics, and these signs are just great.
Really nice selection, VP!
Love them and what a great idea for a post. I must do some local research.
