Disgusting. In the USA it would be assault and battery. Assault is the fear of an attack. Battery is an offensive touching.
ReplyDeleteIf the police cannot cannot figure out what to charge him with, they should arrest him for whatever offense they think is the most appropriate, publish his name, address and photograph for the newspaper, it will undoubtedly be picked up by the internet, and things will take care of themselves.
