  6. Oh my goodness. I wonder if he does that regularly to this particular scooter. No wonder the owner never bothered to have the seat repaired. Naughty goldie!

  10. Good job, little big Red Ripper! No worries, mate, plenty more scooters around in Italy once you're finished with this one! Just avoid VP's scooter!

  11. Cute (except for the poor scooter, but maybe it has an addiction to cat claws?)

  12. This one made me laugh out loud, too! We've had cats like that only they didn't tear up my scooter seat but my couches. I had another friend whose cat had left his entire living room - I kid you not - in shreds!

    So funny, VP!

  13. When I was five years old, my uncle gave me a ginger cat, who I named Truls....
"Seriously", I think he is living his new life in Italy!??
    I think he is hungry....
The insurance company might like to have these shots, before they pay out any money? ;-)

  14. This is why I had second thoughts a few years ago about adopting a kitten. Friends warned me. I'm glad I listened!!! These three shots are just priceless. I'm LOL!

  15. @ Rob and Mandy - I am one of the few (three, four at most) Livornesi without a scooter, so I can happily take pictures of kitties tearing them apart!

  16. Are you sure you're Italian? With no scooter? Surely you jest. I thought y'all were running around on those things from birth! ;-))

However it must be a unwelcome stranger for the owner of this scooter.(LOL)

  22. @ Kate - At first he was watching something behind me, but he's a very good cat, if you aren't a scooter seat.
I was very close and let him head butt my hand a few times. I'll keep in touch with him...

  25. OOPS! I sense trouble brewing! Very nice photos of the cat.

  26. Too funny. That cat loves his scooter and shows it by scratching. Judging by his size, he's not one of your Livorno strays.

  28. That is so cute /because this is not my scooter/. I had a cat like that long time ago.
