Rainy Day

Bench under the rain, via Magenta, LivornoA Sunday of unceasing rain, but I am here in Via Magenta, under the awning of a shop, taking pictures of an iron bench.
Never give up, never surrender!

“Never give up, never surrender” is not my motto but a quote from the science fiction comedy “Galaxy Quest”, a 1999 parody inspired by the television series Star Trek.

  11. Wonderful picture. The rain actually adds something extra to the photo. And yes, even when the weather is bad there's still opportunity to shoot a little...as long as it's possible to get under cover when it gets too annoying.

  17. Ha! That's one of my favorite quotes - use it all the time at work. Nice, lonely rainy day shot.
And don't let "rainy days and Mondays always get me down" - Carpenters song.
