Theme Day: Glass

Lantern, wrought iron, LivornoIron and glass canopy outside the “Istituto Professionale Luigi Orlando”, in Piazza 2 Giugno.
I should probably save this one for a future “Iron” Theme Day too...

  1. Glass and more glass and yes, iron too. A beautifully ornate lamp and so perfect for today's theme.

  12. This looks like an authentic lamp that has been copied a lot in US. The glass canopy makes it a really interesting subject.

  13. Glass under glass... sort of. Rich in ornaments but lots of sharp edges to look out for. To be handled with care.
