ITN 1

Students of the Technical Nautical Institute on a rowboat, LivornoA rowing boat of the Technical Nautical Institute “Alfredo Cappellini” cruising the old harbor called “Pamiglione”, just in front of the Four Moors. This way students learn basic rowing technique, proper boat handling and safety. They probably have some fun too...

  3. I am not a sailor at all, but I think these kids can barely row straight... for now.
    A very, very competitive rowing is the annual “Palio Marinaro”: it takes place in July in the sea in front of the “Terrazza Mascagni”.

  5. Interesting shot. I hope the "teacher" is braced well. Could be in for a cold and wet surprise if a couple of those "rowers" decided to pull too hard and fast. Maybe?
